Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final All purchases made on  DU Previous Year Q. Paper  are for  digital content  (PDFs/notes) that are delivered instantly. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted,  we do not offer refunds , except in the cases mentioned below. 2. Eligible Cases for Refund You may request a refund  only  if: a. Wrong File Uploaded The notes you received are not the file the seller intended to upload. b. File Not Opening / Corrupted The PDF or file is damaged or cannot be opened on any device. c. Payment Successful but Notes Not Delivered The user paid successfully but did not gain access due to a technical error.
