By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • App / Platform – refers to DU Previous Year Q. Paper

  • User – anyone who creates an account or uses the app.

  • Seller – a user who uploads notes.

  • Buyer – a user who purchases notes.

  • Content – notes, PDFs, files, text, or any material uploaded by users.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Correct Information

Users must provide accurate account details while creating an account or making a payment.

2.2 Legal Use

You agree not to use the app for:

  • Uploading copyrighted content you do not own

  • Sharing offensive, illegal, or harmful content

  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform

  • Circumventing payment systems

3. User-Uploaded Content

3.1 Ownership

All notes uploaded by a seller remain their property.

3.2 Licensing to the App

By uploading content, the seller grants DU Previous Year Q. Paper permission to:

  • Display the content

  • Sell the content to buyers

  • Store and process the content

  • Take down content when required

3.3 Prohibited Uploads

Sellers must not upload:

  • Copyrighted material they don’t own

  • Plagiarized notes

  • Sensitive or harmful content

  • Fake, irrelevant, or misleading notes

Violation can lead to account suspension.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payments

All payments inside the app are processed securely using PhonePe, Google Play Billing, or other payment partners.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases of:

  • Wrong file uploaded

  • Corrupted file

  • Payment deducted but notes not delivered

All other sales are final.

5. Content Access

Buyers gain access to notes immediately after payment.
Content can be viewed/downloaded only inside the app.

Unauthorized sharing, screenshotting, or external distribution is strictly prohibited.

Accounts involved in piracy may be permanently suspended.

6. Commission to Sellers

Sellers receive earnings after deducting an app service fee.
Payment cycles and transfer rules may vary.

The platform reserves the right to update commission rates.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Upload prohibited content

  • Abuse refund policy

  • Attempt unfair earnings

  • Violate laws or harm other users

  • Misuse the platform in any way

8. Limitation of Liability

DU Previous Year Q. Paper is not responsible for:

  • Errors or misleading information in user-uploaded notes

  • Losses due to using inaccurate content

  • Technical issues, downtime, or delays

Users purchase and use content at their own discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new terms.

Refund Policy

 Welcome to  DU Previous Year Q. Paper We provide digital notes and study materials uploaded by users. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final All purchases made on  DU Previous Year Q. Paper  are for  digital content  (PDFs/notes) that are delivered instantly. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted,  we do not offer refunds , except in the cases mentioned below. 2. Eligible Cases for Refund You may request a refund  only  if: a. Wrong File Uploaded The notes you received are not the file the seller intended to upload. b. File Not Opening / Corrupted The PDF or file is damaged or cannot be opened on any device. c. Payment Successful but Notes Not Delivered The user paid successfully but did not gain access due to a technical error.
