 Welcome to DU Previous Year Q. Paper

We provide digital notes and study materials uploaded by users.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on DU Previous Year Q. Paper are for digital content (PDFs/notes) that are delivered instantly.
Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, except in the cases mentioned below.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund

You may request a refund only if:

a. Wrong File Uploaded

The notes you received are not the file the seller intended to upload.

b. File Not Opening / Corrupted

The PDF or file is damaged or cannot be opened on any device.

c. Payment Successful but Notes Not Delivered

The user paid successfully but did not gain access due to a technical error.

If any of the above issues occur, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • You did not like the notes after purchase

  • Notes did not meet expectations

  • Accidental purchase

  • Content already viewed or downloaded

  • Using notes and trying to return them

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Poor network issues on user side

Once the digital file is accessed, refunds are not possible.


4. How to Request a Refund

  3. Notes ID

  4. Screenshot of payment

  5. Description of the issue

Our team will verify the request and respond within 72 hours.


5. Abuse Prevention

Users who misuse the refund system may have their account restricted or permanently banned.
